Ann and Kathy have been working hard developing a range of yoghurts.
They are now available at all good farm shops and Deli's throughout Cumbria.

They are a truly scrumptious, indulgent yoghurt made with milk from Hilltop Farm, near Ivegill in the Eden Valley.

The cows at Hillltop have been specially bred from Jersey and Freisian cows to produce creamy milk which is high in protein- ideal for yoghurt making.

Hilltop is in Organic conversion so although not yet certified as Organic the farming system is truly organic and no chemicals are used on the crops which feed the cows,and everything is GM free.

The yoghurts are now avaialble throughout Cumbria.
